We maintain a multi-point quality control (QC) system, ensuring flawless output from the initial cut to the final pack

Raw Material Inspection
Meticulous inspection of all incoming fabrics for proper weight, composition, color consistency, and defects before cutting begins.

In-Process QC (Stitching Line)
Supervisors conduct continuous checks on the 45 stitching machines to ensure seam strength, stitch accuracy, and proper garment assembly according to tech packs.

Pre-Finishing Check
Garments are inspected before printing or embroidery to ensure the surface is clean and ready for value-addition.

Final Inspection
A comprehensive 100% check by the Quality & Inspection department. This covers measurements, material integrity, print/embroidery quality, hangtag placement, and folding standards.

AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit)
Orders are subject to final random inspections (FRI) based on agreed-upon AQL standards before shipment is approved.
