Yarn Sourcing & Fabric Preparation (Knitting & Dyeing)
We initiate the process by sourcing high-grade yarn and coordinating with certified partners for knitting and dyeing. Our technical team oversees this stage to ensure the fabric meets strict requirements for composition, color fastness, and texture before it is approved for the cutting floor. This meticulous preparation is vital for guaranteeing the final garment quality.
Step 2
Cutting & Laying
Approved fabric is received at our facility and processed in our dedicated Cutting department. Here, skilled technicians utilize modern systems to lay fabric precisely and cut patterns accurately, minimizing waste and ensuring that every component is ready for the stitching line, a crucial step for achieving consistent sizing and fit.

Stitching & Assembly
The core of our production efficiency is our Stitching Section. We operate 45 high-standard stitching machines arranged on a modern system to handle high-volume garments like T-Shirts, Hoodies, and Joggers. Our experienced team ensures that all seams and construction details meet international quality benchmarks.
Step 4
Printing & Embroidery
Once stitched, garments move to the value-addition stage. We offer in-house customization:
Screen Printing: Our dedicated printing unit offers a capacity of 1,000 Pcs per day for executing any custom graphic or design.
Embroidery: Professional Embroidery services are available to add branding, logos, or intricate designs with precision and durability.

Step 5
Quality & Inspection
Quality is controlled throughout the process, but the final, rigorous inspection occurs before packaging. Our Quality & Inspection team meticulously checks garments for any stitching faults, printing defects, measurement variations, or material imperfections. Only products that pass these strict compliance checks proceed to the final stage.
Step 6
Packing & Shipment
The final stage involves efficient Final Packing and pressing. Garments are carefully folded, bagged, labeled, and prepared according to the client’s specifications, ready for container loading. Our experienced logistics team ensures all documentation is correct for seamless export to the UK, Europe, and USA.
